[Abstract]:
Refractory bricks Empty drums and shedding, usually caused by construction reasons, improper control of gray joints

Refractory bricks Empty drums and shedding, usually caused by construction reasons, improper control of gray joints, uneven mortar or poor quality, uneven sizing on the back side during paving, may cause these defects.

Late cracking means that after the refractory brick has been laid for a period of time, fine cracks appear on the glazed surface, and it can penetrate into the dyeing liquid such as ink, which is likely to occur when the humidity of the environment is large. There are two reasons for this:

1. Reasons for construction

Prefabricated structures, mortar ratios, and paving methods often cause cracks in the later stages. If the room is buried with dark lines and the depth of the buried line is too shallow, cracks may appear on a line, and wooden components are placed underneath the foundation. There may also be cracks in a neat shape. If the same batch of bricks is laid by different workers in different rooms, the environment is basically the same, one room is intact, and the other room is cracked. The reason for the structure is highly likely to be related to the ratio of the mortar and the method of paving.

2. There is a problem with the inherent quality of refractory bricks.

If the crack resistance of the brick does not meet the standard requirements, after affixing for a period of time in a humid environment, the glazed surface will be cracked due to the internal stress. The crack distribution caused by this cause is relatively uniform and there is no certain The law of occurrence, in different areas, different rooms, different buildings, as long as the conditions of use are the same or similar, the probability of cracking is the same.
